MACGLOBAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED

MacGlobal Management Limited (“MGM”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Macsteel Global Limited and the direct shareholder of all three business units. It conducts business operations from its office in London.

MGM performs essential group management functions in service of the business units to ensure that the operations of the business units are aligned with shareholder values and requirements. It also provides corporate support and management support services to the entities in the business units.
